Step 1:
Upon validation of the unit availability, fill-up the Buyer Information sheet (BIS) at onlinereservation.phinmaproperties.net Once completed, an email notification will be sent for verification of the BIS.
Step 2:
Please make sure that your submitted Buyer Information Sheet is validated before you proceed to Payment. Pay the reservation fee via PHINMA Properties biller: DragonPay

- Choose your preferred payment option ( Online Banking/E-wallet and Over-the-Counter/ATM Banking) and follow DragonPay’s payment instructions.
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email. Once received, please send the confirmation to your designated Property Specialist/Broker.

Step 3:
Submit the initial documentary requirements to your designated PHINMA Properties’ Property Specialist or Broker Agent.

Step 4:
Submitted documents will be evaluated by PHINMA Properties Sales Operations for verification. Email confirmation will be sent to notify the buyer of the verified reservation.
